TERMS AND SALES POLICIES
All sales are sold with Net 30 day terms.
We accept the following credit cards for your convenience; American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. Please note, credit cards used to settle outstanding invoices after 30 days will have a 4% service charge added to the payment.
Freight: All sales made F.O.B. Chicago or Manufacturer for Drop Shipments.
Returns: Returns made in the first 30 days will not have a restocking charge. All returns made after 30 days will have a 15% restocking charge. All returns will be inspected for damage or wear after initial shipment and will be returned with next shipment. Full credit will be issued if the damage is determined to be caused by the manufacturer.
